Do I need an account to use the iPhone app?

Yes. The app is a companion to your Daily Rate News account — accounts and billing are managed on the web, not in the app.

How do I stop receiving a newsletter?

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works instantly and needs no account. Once you unsubscribe from a loan officer's list, that choice is permanent.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings, on the web or in the iPhone app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; our privacy policy sets out exactly what is removed and what is kept.
