What our users say
Reviews
“I started a market newsletter three separate times and quit by week two every time. This is the first one that is still going, because the writing part is not mine anymore. I read it, I send it, I go back to work.”
“One of my agents told me she stopped sending her own market update because mine was better. That is not a sentence I expected to hear about an email I did not write.”
“A past client called me about a line in one of the issues — she had been sitting on a pre-approval for four months. We closed six weeks later. That one send paid for the year.”
“What sold me was the rate table. Six programs, updated, sitting in an email with my name on it — I was rebuilding that by hand in a spreadsheet every morning and getting it wrong about once a week.”
“I send it to my builder partners now. They do not care about my rate sheet, but they care what the ten-year did and whether it means their buyers are coming back. It gives me a reason to be in that conversation.”
“The test-send-before-you-send rule annoyed me for exactly one week. Then I caught a broken logo in the preview and understood why it is there.”
“My compliance officer read one issue end to end and had no notes. That has never happened with anything I have written myself.”
“I am not a writer and I was never going to become one. Being able to be consistent without being a writer is the entire product as far as I am concerned.”
Pricing questions
How does the subscriber count work?
You pay for the size of your list, not how many emails you send. Sending every day costs the same as sending once a month. Your plan's capacity is the number of active subscribers you can hold at once.
What happens if I reach my subscriber limit?
Your existing subscribers keep receiving every issue — sending is never interrupted. What stops is growth: once you are at capacity, new sign-ups from your public page are not added to your list. Your dashboard warns you at 90% and again at 100%, and raising your capacity takes effect as soon as the payment for the difference clears.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your plan starts automatically at the tier you picked and the card you signed up with is charged for the first period. You are not charged anything during the trial and you can cancel any time before it ends at no cost. One note worth knowing up front: during the trial itself your list is capped at 50 subscribers regardless of which plan you selected — your full capacity begins when the plan does.
Is the mortgage calculator or the economic calendar locked behind a higher tier?
No. Every plan includes the entire platform — market issues, the economic calendar, the analysis, the calculators, and your branded public page. Subscriber capacity is the only difference between tiers.
What if I have more than 1,000 subscribers?
That is Enterprise territory. Get in touch and we will price it around your list size and how your team is set up.
Do I own my subscriber list?
Yes. The people who subscribe through your branded page are your audience, not ours — we never market to them, and they are never shared with another loan officer on the platform.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% against the monthly rate, and you can move to it whenever it makes sense. Monthly plans cancel any time.
